Tanzania Rehabilitation Alliance (TARA) is a collaborative initiative aimed at bringing together key stakeholders, organizations, and individuals involved in rehabilitation to enhance coordination, cooperation, and advocacy efforts in support of individuals with injuries, impairments, chronic health conditions, and disabilities. TARA was established in June 2023 and officially launched during the Second Rehabilitation Summit in September 2024  Rehab Summit 2024 . It is an initiative founded by 8 organizations— MDH , CCBRT , CBM  , Kafika House , Rehab Health  , Kyaro Assistive Technology  ,AfyaCheck , and CBR Network Tanzania—working collectively to strengthen rehabilitation services and improve the lives of people with disabilities.
